PDF help page

PDF files require an Acrobat viewer, such as Acrobat Reader. Many of our PDF documents were created using Acrobat 3.0 or above. We recommend you download Acrobat Reader and use the most current version to ensure successful viewing.

Additionally, there are known caching problems using the Acrobat PDF plug-in for web browsers. Should you encounter difficulty viewing files in your browser (such as viewing a blank document), we suggest using the Acrobat Reader viewer and not the plug-in.

Acrobat Reader is available free of charge for Windows, Mac OS, Unix, Linux, and OS/2.
