CTBTO head meets with Israel's President Shimon Peres in Vienna
Following his visit to Israel from 18 to 19 March 2014, Executive Secretary Lassina Zerbo met with Israel’s President Shimon Peres on 31 March 2014 in Vienna. Peres highlighted the importance he attached to Zerbo's recent visit to his country. Peres also expressed his support for the work of the Preparatory Commission for the Comprehensive Nuclear-Test-Ban-Treaty Organization (CTBTO) and emphasized his desire that Israel and the organization work together towards a bright future.
Zerbo thanked Peres and expressed his appreciation for Israel’s long-standing support for the CTBTO’s work and his great satisfaction with the cooperation and warm hospitality demonstrated during his recent visit to Israel.
